Frequently Asked Questions

How much would it cost, is it per trip, per person or a combination of both?

Flights are billed on a per hour basis which means that you are billed at an hourly rate prorated to the actual block times (when aircraft is in motion). It would be the same rate whether there is one person on board or 4+. Our aircraft are able to reach over 4000 airports in the United States as opposed to only several hundred for commercial airlines, which can place passengers much closer to their ultimate destination and cut down on drive times once they arrive. Further, this reduced wait time and other unproductive times.

How we go about making flight reservations?

We have a 24/7/365 Flight Operations phone line that is answered by one of our staff members that can schedule your trip. That number is 1-800-548-1978 and press Option 1. From there we would ask all the information from you for scheduling the trip (i.e.-passenger names, date and time of departure/return, aircraft type desired, would you like catering above and beyond our stock items, does your passenger need us to arrange a limousine or rental car, etc.)

How far in advance do we need to make reservations?

Much of our business is “pop-up” (i.e.-someone needs a plane within the next few hours) but any advance notice makes planning much easier. Almost half of our customers usually give us a couple of days notice however. Unlike the airlines, the price does not increase the closer you book to your date of departure.

Is there a way of saving money on flights, e.g. booking ahead, sharing flights, etc.?

There is a way of saving money on flights; however booking ahead does not have an impact. We do not schedule seats so we do not share flights. However, if Company X has a relationship with Company Y in the area that was also traveling to the same destination and you could mesh your schedules, you would be welcome to share the flight and split the cost.

The way to save money is our Custom Rate Schedule. The more you fly each month with a minimum guarantee of 50 hours in a six month period, you would save anywhere from 2%-6% off the retail price.

Size of the jet, capacity?

Our charter aircraft range in size from seating for 5-10 passengers.
